Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases of AutoSlider, a PowerPoint add-in software product.

1. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments for AutoSlider are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or credited. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans. We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of our free trial before committing to a paid subscription.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate AutoSlider before making a purchase. The trial allows you to test core features and determine if AutoSlider meets your needs. The trial may not include all features available in the paid subscription. No payment information is required to start the trial. If you are not satisfied with the Software during the trial period, simply do not subscribe.

3. Exceptions

In rare circumstances, we may consider a refund at our sole discretion for the following cases: duplicate charges caused by a technical error; unauthorized charges that you can demonstrate were not made by you; or service unavailability lasting more than 7 consecutive days due to issues on our end. To request an exception, contact us at support@autoslider.ai within 14 days of the charge with relevant details.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to AutoSlider until the end of your paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
