Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoSlider, a PowerPoint add-in software product and related services provided by AutoSlider ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using AutoSlider, you agree to these Terms.
1. Definitions
"Software" refers to the AutoSlider PowerPoint add-in, including all updates and patches. "Service" refers to the AutoSlider website (autoslider.ai), account management, and related online services. "User" or "you" refers to any individual or entity that creates an account or uses the Software. "Subscription" refers to the recurring payment plan that grants access to the Software. "License Key" refers to the unique identifier assigned to your account for Software activation.
2. Account Registration
To use AutoSlider, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and License Key. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. License Grant
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use AutoSlider on up to 3 devices simultaneously per License Key. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or distribute the Software. You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not use the Software for any unlawful purpose.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period of up to 14 days. During the trial, you may access the Software with limited features. The trial is intended to help you evaluate the Software before committing to a paid subscription. Trial availability and duration may change without notice. No payment information is required to start a trial.
5. Subscription and Payment
AutoSlider is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payments are processed through Moyasar, a Saudi SAMA-licensed payment gateway. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We encourage you to use the free trial to evaluate the Software before subscribing. For complete details, see our Refund Policy page.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the Software to violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; use the Software to distribute malware or harmful content; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Software or Service; use automated means to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable request volumes; or share your License Key with unauthorized parties.
8. Intellectual Property
AutoSlider, including its code, design, features, documentation, and branding, is our intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of all content in your PowerPoint presentations. AutoSlider does not claim any rights to your content. We never access, collect, or process your presentation content.
9. Privacy
Your use of AutoSlider is also governed by our Privacy Policy. AutoSlider runs entirely on your local machine. We do not access, collect, or process any content from your PowerPoint presentations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoSlider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ends immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
